Ticket Purchase

Competitions labelled with “Ticket Purchase” copy refers to a competition where you will need to buy a ticket to be able to enter the competition draw. These types of competitions are typically charity focused, where the competition owner is raising funds for a good cause. When purchasing a ticket in a draw you are not only getting the chance to win a great prize but also helping raise funds and supporting the competition owner’s particular cause. Types of “Ticket Purchase” competitions include prize car lotteries, prize home lotteries and cash and prize lotteries.

In order to purchase a ticket in one of these competitions you either need a valid major credit card OR a PayPal account, which is a form of online payment offered by some raffles and lotteries.

Product Purchase

Competitions labelled with “Product Purchase” refer to a competition where you will need to buy a specified product or option of products to be able to enter the competition. These types of competitions usually require proof of purchase like a photo of a receipt or receipt number along with the date of purchase information.

Product purchases can either be required in-store or online. They can be as simple as buying a chocolate bar and keeping the wrapper.
